Save on Being Seen

As part of the run up to this year’s European Mobility Week, most bike shops in Edinburgh are offering discounts on reflective items from today (10th, until Friday 21st of September).

Next week there will be a “Critical Commute” with the theme of “More Cycling = Safer Cycling”. The idea is not so much that people cycle in a mass, but that as many as possible cycle to work every day.

“Seeing more cyclists on the road encourages less confident cyclists to try commuting.” Be visible to other road users – and pedestrians – by cycling, be more visible by wearing something bright and/or reflective.
